This week’s lunch is my daughter Jordan’s favourite pasta with tuna!

Jordan isn’t a picky eater, but anytime I’m at a loss for lunch or dinner ideas, she always ends up requesting this easy dish. With protein from the tuna, more protein plus fiber from the peas, and energy from the pasta, it’s the ideal dish for any meal. The great thing about this meal is that it packs up perfectly in a thermos. Don’t forget to pack some extra parmesan on the side!
