Thanks to our lovely and incredible Filipino nannies who have helped me through the years while my kids were young and I was working long hours, my kids have developed quite the taste for fried rice. Our nannies were fried rice masters, and they made it tasty and quickly so the kids would gobble it up.

Flipp Cauliflower Rice

I know that a lot of you would maybe have second thoughts about eating fried rice, because fried + carbs. That’s why I developed this incredibly yummy cauliflower fried rice! It has zero rice in it – it’s made entirely with cauliflower – but it tastes divine and a whole heck of a lot like actual fried rice. With chunks of chicken breast (use leftovers from that rotisserie chicken in your fridge!) and the classic fried rice vegetables (or whatever you have in your fridge, actually), it can be whipped up super fast. It’s such a great way to get more vegetables into your kids (and yourself). Pack it hot into a thermos to enjoy it on the go.
